Exactly as @andimik says. Logos are coming from internet using RadioDNS and/or from SPI application depends on what is enabled in Settings -> User Applications. AbracaDABra stores logos in cache that is why it appears immediately. I cannot comment about 12A (I do not know what is transmitted), but I...
