DAB Player says it is about 12.7kbps for audio. The audio quality is horrible, I do not understand Ukrainian so I am not sure if it can be still understood or not, but the artifacts are very audible.

Yes, all ensembles but CRa transmit Ukrainian radio but is it a mess as usual. Different labels are used and they also assigned SId 0x2FE0 that is Czech SId in combination with ECC=E2. I think that static/dynamic PTy are swapped in DAB info. I have checked S/D bit in FIG0/17 and it is 0 on service where dynamic PTy is reported. According to my understanding of standard 0 means static, 1 means dynamic but maybe I am wrong.

Hi there, I have a question about E4000 based sticks. Is DAB_Player able to tune them in L-band directly through driver? It is not working with R820T tuner, the only way is to go through RTL_TCP where on the other hand automatic gain control is not working. Thanks!
