But you need cygwin.
You cannot execute it DIRECTLY under windows.

But the SDR Device is not plugged in Computer, is on Enigma2 sat receiver.
I think that in that particular case, program should not look for driver.

Is it normal this ?
If I set -RTLTCP, it shouldn't look for an USB device.
